Every set, a ritual.
Plan your sets, then log them in two taps. No keyboard, no download, no account — just you and the work.
0/3 sets · Ana’s plan, your weights
How it works
Three steps, no learning curve.
Bring a plan
Line up today’s sets ahead of time, or just start logging and build the workout as you go. Either way you walk in knowing the first move.
Log in two taps
Every value is a wheel, not a keyboard. Spin to your weight and reps and the set is done — your rest timer barely notices.
Watch it add up
Every session stacks on one scrolling page, and the next weight is suggested from how the last one felt.
